General Terms & Conditions of Use
By accessing the db99 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are formulated in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered users. db99 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on db99, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. A user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately.
Financial Transactions & Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on db99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and can be completed via the country's widely used mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. It is your responsibility to verify the applicable minimum and maximum limits before making a deposit. Processing withdrawal requests may take a specified amount of time, and withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. db99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in the case of fraudulent or unusual transactions. Using a third party's bank account or payment method to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or software on the platform.
- Playing games or conducting transactions using automated bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
- Using db99 for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to steal or fraudulently use another user's account credentials.
- Spreading misleading, offensive, or harmful content through the platform.
- Using multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses or offers.
Account Closure & Suspension
If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, db99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The matter of balance refunds upon account closure will depend on the outcome of the investigation and applicable policies. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, however all ongoing transactions must be settled before closure. As part of responsible gaming, we also offer the option to voluntarily set limits or take an account break.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
The db99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and db99 shall not be liable for any damages caused by technical disruptions, server issues, or third-party services. Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning there is no human interference in results. In the event of any dispute between a user and db99, resolution will first be attempted through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts shall apply to the settlement of all disputes.
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
All logos, designs, game content, images, and text displayed on the db99 platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of db99 or its respective licensees. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform may result in legal action. Users bear full responsibility for any content they share through the platform. Privacy & Data Protection
